If a reservation is cancelled, the following cancellation policy will apply:

  • Cancellation made up to 12 July 2022, 25% cancellation fee from the total registration fee will be applied.
  • Cancellation made up to 12 September 2022, 50% cancellation fee from the total registration fee will be applied.
  • Cancellation made after 12 September 2022, the full amount of the registration fee will not be refunded.
