Implementation of Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) Protocols

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government of Bali has taken serious action in minimizing the spread of the virus not only by urging the citizens of Bali to wear a mask, washing hands, and keeping a good physical distancing but furthermore, by urging the tourism industry to apply strict protocols on cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability (CHSE) in their daily operation so that Bali is now ready to welcome visitors and events to be held in Bali.

The Stones Hotel Legian Bali, the venue of IFPSM World Summit, is ready with their CHSE Protocols.

• The well-being and safety of our clients, our team members, and our partners are our first priority. We are taking several proactive measures to ensure that cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability protocols are implemented at all times.
• All guests, visitors, team members and contractors should wear a face mask in The Stones Hotel premises. Minimum 1 meter queuing physical distance for all guests, visitors, team members and contractors.
• Temperature checks at each building entry point. Maximum temperature is 37,30 C and no indication of cough and cold.
• Hand washing facilities with soap and running water are provided at drop off areas.
• Hand sanitizer is provided in every strategic location at public area.
• Comply to physical distancing measures minimum 1 meter.
• Seating arrangement with minimum 1 meter physical distance is required.
• Increase the frequency of routine cleaning and disinfecting of high touch point areas including elevator buttons, door handles, handrails and ATM buttons.
• Cleaning and disinfecting of meeting rooms before and after the event.
• Ensure all audio -visual equipment is cleaned and disinfected before, during, and after the event.
• Enhanced food safety and hygiene standards.
